PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an ordinary pressure reducing valve which has only one valve element and opens only when pressure reaches the valve element working pressure (set pressure), or conversely, which does not work at all at a pressure slightly higher than the working pressure, and consequently which does not open when a difference of pressure between an inflow side and an outflow side is smaller than the set pressure even if a small amount of water according to the pressure difference is required, so that it is diadvantageous in fine control. SOLUTION: The pressure reducing valve includes a pilot valve that opens when fluid pressure on the outflow side drops and a parent valve that opens when a first pilot pressure on the outflow side is lowered by opening the pilot valve to allow a fluid to flow out from the inflow side to the outflow side. It is also provided with a child valve that opens in response to a second pilot pressure, which is lower than the working pressure of the parent valve, and that opens/closes an opening which is smaller than that of the parent valve.
