摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle locking apparatus, the height of which is decreased, and which is prevented from being wholly affected by damage to the vehicle locking apparatus, when a driver ignores a locked state, puts a vehicle in motion and brings the vehicle out of a parking lot. SOLUTION: In this vehicle locking apparatus 100, a flap part 200 with a proper spread as an obstacle to a part of the vehicle, and a driving part 300 are arranged in a base part 400. A joint part 310 for vertically operating the flap part 200, a rotating rotor part 320, a connecting shaft 330, and a power part 340 for operating in the direction of advance/retreat are each connected to the driving part 300. The joint part 310, the rotor part 320, and the connecting shaft part 330 are driven almost in parallel to the base part 400 while maintaining a constant interval between the connecting shaft part 330 and the base part 400 by the advance/retreat drive of the power part 340.
