<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which determines priority for maximizing a profit of an electric power supplier, in a power business transaction between the electric power supplier and a power plant. <P>SOLUTION: This power amount calculation device comprises: a storage part 304 which stores total power consumption information 313 of a client of the electric power supplier, power information 314 which can be fed by the electric power supplier, command result information 315 storing a prediction command amount to the power plant, weather information 316, calendar information 317, and power business transaction contract rate information 318; a relational expression estimation part 309 which estimates a relational expression indicating a causal relationship of the weather information, the calendar information, and the command result information from the storage part; a transmission/distribution power command amount prediction part 310 which calculates a predicted transmission/distribution power command amount in an arbitrary date by substituting the weather information and the calendar information into the relational expression; and a priority order determination part 311 which calculates an expected profit of the power plant by using the power business transaction contract rate information 318 and the predicted transmission/distribution power command amount, and determines a transmission/distribution power priority order so that the expected profit becomes maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
