<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a policy/animus deciding support system allowing an organization such as a research organization such as a national university corporation whose research activity spreads in all directions to efficiently and easily perform patent application, joint research, policy decisiding or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The policy/animus deciding support system comprises an input device 11 for inputting attribute information as a function of the time of an implementation body and a keyword group of the implementation contents, a storage device 14 for generating and storing multi-dimensional parameter space from the data input into the input device 11, an arithmetic device 15 for calculating the effect of the policy implementation at a future time and the effectiveness of the result of the decision making with respect to a plurality of implementation bodies and a plurality of implementation contents in the multi-dimensional parameter space based on the data stored in the storage device 14, and an output device 16 for outputting the arithmetic result of the arithmetic device 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
