A fixing fastener of a building outer wall ornamental is provided to simply fix the outer wall ornament to a connecting fixture attached to a building structure with adjustable distance, to repair or replace the outer wall ornament easily, and to protect movement of the fixing fastener due to impact and vibration by inserting a thread part of a fixing fastener to an inner hole of the connecting fixture and filling the connecting hole of the outer wall ornamental with a sealant. In a fixing device of a building outer wall ornamental, the outer wall ornamental installed vertically has connecting holes on an upper part and a lower part. A bent part(132) of a fixing fastener(130), which has a protruded part(133), is inserted into the connecting hole of the outer wall ornamental and fixed firmly. The other horizontal part of the fixing fastener has a thread part(150) formed integrally with the bent part. The thread part is screwed and fixed to an inner hole of the connecting fixture attached to a building structure. The thread part is inserted firmly to the inner hole of the connecting fixture which has a thread inside and fixed firmly with a fixing bolt. The connecting hole of the outer wall ornamental is filled with a sealant, which is hardened.
