PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling efficiency in a power tool device having a built-in motor in a part for holding a housing. SOLUTION: The power tool device 10 is reduced in size by providing the built-in motor 12 in the part for holding the housing. The housing 30 is partitioned into three areas composed of: a motor storing area storing the motor 12 and a coutershaft 40; an output mechanism storing area storing an output mechanism part 20; and an electric system storing area storing an electric system part 50. The output mechanism storing area is set in the housing body part 31, and the motor storing area and the electric system storing area are set in a housing holding part 32. These three areas are partitioned by a partition wall formed in the housing. Preferably the output mechanism part 20 is covered with a case 24, the whole outer hull of which is constructed by combining at least three members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
