PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small motor converting an electric current into vibration movement having an amplitude width and a rotational angle, the vibration movement being usable for flapping-like movement. SOLUTION: An attracting part 2 and a movable magnet part 3 made of a magnetic coil 1 and a magnet, are disposed as shown in the figure. The movable magnet part 3 is in contact with the attracting part 2 in an attracting state therewith in a casing 4, while movable in relation to the attracting part 2. When a current is caused to flow in the magnetic coil 1, the magnet part 3 rotates and moves such that the N-pole and S-pole face horizontally by the action of generated horizontal magnetic field, and when the current is stopped, the magnet part 3 moves to return to the state of the figure. On and off of the current are repeated by a pulse current to obtain small vibration movement. By using a pulse current of a cycle resonant with a natural period of movement by an attraction force of magnetic fields of 2, 3 as the current to magnetic coil 1, vibration movement of a large amplitude can be obtained. The cycle of the pulse current can be adjusted to the resonance cycle, by using a phenomenon of a large amplitude of the movable magnet part 3 generated near the cycle causing resonance by sequentially changing the cycle of the pulse current.
