A brightness and angle adjustment device for a car A/V display is provided to design the A/V display compactly by being installed in a rear surface of a keyboard of the A/V display mounted in a car by a motor driving type to be capable of performing upper and lower reciprocation motion according to an A/V power signal and being rotated. A light quantity sensor(13) senses the indoor brightness of a car. A weight sensor(12) detects the weight of a passenger and judges whether the passenger takes the car in a seat. A microcomputer(14) transmits a screen brightness adjustment signal to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(10a) through an input signal of the light quantity sensor(13), and transmits a driving signal to a driving motor(15) to be capable of rotating the LCD(10a) through an input signal of the weight sensor(12). A gear driving assemblage structure including the driving motor(15), an LCD fixing shaft(19), and a middle gear(22) performs the upper and lower reciprocation motion and the rotation of the LCD(10a) by a command signal of the microcomputer(14).
