<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making without using a calcium agent, a devil's tongue processed product which is not formed in a plane-like and string-like shape. <P>SOLUTION: This method for making the devil's tongue processed product as mixed powder of devil's tongue and agar comprises adding water to a mixture of devil's tongue refined power (60-mesh sieve through) and agar powder (60-mesh through) followed by kneading together, and heating the product and evaporating moisture followed by crushing to a diameter of ≤2 mm.
