<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure purity of note emitted by beating drum skins. <P>SOLUTION: A percussion musical instrument improved in arbitrary diameter and height, in general, a drum 10 comprises a cylindrical main body part 12 or a barrel part provided with drum skins 14, and the drum skins are mounted to the cylindrical main body 12 or the barrel part on the opposite sides in a fixed condition to each other by the rings 16, 18 including two or more embossed attachment parts 28 with holes 30 in the axial direction. The top and the bottom brims of the main body 12 are folded outside to form ring-like bands 20, 22 having one or more tongue parts 26, and the tongue parts are specially designed so as to be engaged with the attachment parts 28 when stabilizing the rings 16, 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
