PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing apparatus, a video control apparatus, and a video processing method capable of improving the convenience for vehicle passengers. SOLUTION: An instruction processing section 430 outputs a signal for instructing video processing for switching the luminance of a split screen being a control object in split screens 210, 220 to either of video processing sections 610, 620. The video processing section 610 or 620 receiving the instruction signal applies image quality adjustment to the luminance of the video image displayed on the split screen being the control object in the split screens 210, 220 in a way of making the luminance higher than the luminance of a video image displayed on the split screen not being the control object.
