摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device which prevents leak of oil even in a high-temperature environment and exhibits excellent bearing performance. SOLUTION: In this fluid bearing device, the linear expansion coefficientα<SB>F</SB>of a resin-made disk hub and the linear expansion coefficientα<SB>S</SB>of a shaft member satisfy the relation ofα<SB>F</SB>-α<SB>S</SB><1.5×10<SP>-5</SP>/°C. According to this, even if each member is thermally expanded in a high-temperature environment, a minute clearance connecting both ends of a fixing surface between the disk hub and the shaft member is never formed. When the disk hub is a resin molded product having a core metal, the linear expansion coefficientα<SB>F</SB>of the resin part and the linear expansion coefficientα<SB>m</SB>of the core metal satisfy the relation ofα<SB>F</SB>-α<SB>m</SB><1.5×10<SP>-5</SP>/°C, whereby peeling of the core metal and the resin part in the disk hub is prevented, and a minute clearance connecting the inside of the bearing to the outside is not formed in a fixing surface.
