The tap fitting for flowing media has a retaining element formed as at least one additional locking element (12) guided in an additional cage-like opening (11) of a clamping bush (5) upon a hollow stem (3). With relative displacement between the hollow stem and clamping bush the additional locking element is lifted via a sliding lift face (13) on the hollow stem beyond the outer circumference of the clamping bush and is held in the raised position until the engaging of a first locking element (10) in a recess (8) in a longitudinal channel (7) in the hollow stem.
