A transfer cover structure for a four wheel drive transfer is provided to reduce noise generated from a hypoid gear by additionally forming an auxiliary rib according to a finite element analysis. A transfer cover structure comprises a first reinforcing rib formed at an inner surface of a transfer cover(10) to connect a lower part of a first circular rib(R1) with a lower part of a second circular rib. A second reinforcing rib connects one upper side of the first circular rib with one bolt hole(105). A third reinforcing rib(BR3) is formed along outer circumferences of a bearing installation unit(103) of a hypoid rotational shaft and a bearing installation unit(101) of a transfer rotational shaft at an outer surface of the transfer cover(10). The first reinforcing rib includes a linear rib.
