<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit technology capable of realizing stable transmission from a non-contact electronic device to a reader/writer when the communication distance between the non-contact electronic device and the reader/writer is large. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage suppression characteristic of a regulator function mounted on a power supply circuit B5 is varied by the power supplied to the non-contact electronic device. When the power supplied to the non-contact electronic device is small, the variation in voltage between antenna terminals (LA-LB) with respect to the current flowing in an antenna is enlarged. When the power supplied to the non-contact electronic device is large, the variation in voltage between the antenna terminals (LA-LB) with respect to the current flowing in the antenna is reduced. Thus, the current variation of the whole consumed current with respect to the current variation of a load modulation circuit (transmission circuit B8) during telecommunication is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
