PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn twisting machine for preventing occurrence of bad condition caused by rotation of a yarn feeding cover following a balloon yarn. SOLUTION: In the yarn twisting machine equipped with a plurality of twisting units, with which the yarn feeding cover 6 covering the circumference of a yarn feeding package 8 placed on a stationary dick 5 is integrated with a stationary disk 5 and a yarn Y2 fed in the radial direction from a rotary disk 7 arranged under the stationary disk 5 forms a balloon in the circumference of the yarn feeding cover 6, each of the twisting units discriminates whether the stationary disk 5 or the yarn feeding cover 6 is stationary at a fixed position or not.
