A non-pneumatic tire is provided to profile a structure of the tire easily by installing an annular upper support to minimize tire components from interfering and shifting in the tier, and to absorb and sustain the load and external force exerting on the tire by installing buffering members having protruding pockets instead of using belt layers or inner liners as in a pneumatic tire, thereby preventing puncturing and ensuring stability while the vehicle is driven. A non-pneumatic tire comprises a thread(1) contacting the ground, an annular upper support(2) contacting a bottom surface of the thread, ring shaped rubber coupling cables(4), mounted on recessed grooves(3) disposed on two ends of the upper support, increase the coupling force and prevent slip and separation of the thread and the upper support, a lower support(5) adjacent to the recessed grooves and separated away from the upper support to form a predetermined space(7), side walls(6) covering ends and recessed grooves of the upper support, and impact buffering members(9), having projecting pockets(8), disposed in the space between upper and lower supports. The projecting pockets of the impact buffering members are densely disposed in the space with regular gaps between one another. Upper and lower supports are composed of polyurethane material. The projecting pockets are cylindrical in shape. The surface of the thread contacting the upper support is corrugated to prevent slip between the thread and the upper support.
