<p>A recording liquid is provided to inhibit bubble generation even under a high-temperature condition, thereby realizing excellent shelf stability and ejection stability, and to form a high-quality image by preventing color spreading or color mixing. A recording liquid is attached to a medium to be recorded in the form of liquid droplets to perform recording on the medium. The recording liquid comprises a solvent comprising at least water and a water-soluble organic solvent; a coloring agent dissolved or dispersed in the solvent; a surfactant; and a defoaming agent comprising at least one branched polymer. The surfactant includes at least one acetylenediol-based surfactant.</p> |
