A micro-encapsulated sesame oil product is provided to control volatilization of aromatic components and secure easy handling, excellent storage stability, and improved quality. A method for manufacturing a micro-encapsulated sesame oil product includes the steps of: putting mixed saccharides as a coating material into a reactor, heating the saccharides to be vitrified, concentrated, and molten, mixing an emulsifier with the vitrified concentrate, and adding sesame oil to the mixture slowly to emulsify the admixture homogeneously; putting the emulsion into an extrude pipe of an extruder with an extrude plate, and extruding the emulsion with compressive gas under a coolant of -18 to 0 °C or a cold wind of -18 to 0 °C; and grinding the extruded material, forming the powder into a predetermined shape, and drying the molded material to remove the coolant. |
