A liquid crystal display device is provided to form fixing parts at a mold frame and a top chassis in the complementary shape, thereby stabilizing an interval between a liquid crystal display panel and a top chassis, thereby preventing the top chassis from coming off by the weight of an inverter. A liquid crystal display device includes a backlight unit, an inverter for driving the backlight unit, a mold frame for receiving the backlight unit and formed with a first fixing part(34), and a top chassis(20) mounted with the inverter and formed with a second fixing part(24) coupled with the first fixing part. The first and second fixing parts are in complementary shape of protrusion and hole, wherein the fixing part in the protrusion shape has a height of 0.1mm-0.2mm. |
