摘要 A test jig of a flat panel display module is provided to separate a pushing bar from a circuit plate automatically by rotating a pressing plate upward by repulsion of magnets and exchange the flat panel display module easily by forming a space between a sub-base and the circuit plate by a protruded part of a stopper to improve the test efficiency. A base(11) has lines for transmitting driving signals when a test is performed. A module block(13) is fixed on the base and has a flat display module(15) having an input pad(17) formed of an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) to be tested, while preventing movement of the flat display module. A combination block(19) has a combination installation part(21), a hinge shaft(23), a pressing plate(25), a sub-base(33), a circuit plate(36), first to fourth magnets(29,31), and a stopper. The combination installation part is fixed on the base. One side of the pressing plate is combined with the combination installation part by the hinge shaft. A pushing bar(27) is formed at the other side of the pressing plate, protruded to a lower part. The pressing plate has the second magnet corresponding to the first magnet installed at the combination installation part, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet have the same polarity. The sub-base has the input pad mounted at the sub-base when the flat display module is mounted at the module block, and has a gap with the combination installation part. The circuit plate is formed of an FPCB coupled with a lower part of the combination installation part through the gap, contacting with the input pad. A through-hole is formed at the sub-base, overlapped with the circuit plate. The pressing plate rotates downward by a pressing pressure to make the pushing bar to remove the pressing pressure while contacting the circuit plate with the input pad so that the pressing plate rotates upward by repulsion of the first and second magnets to separate the circuit plate from the input pad. A pushing block(47) applies a pressing pressure to the pressing plate of the combination block.
