A device for replacing an electric lamp at high places is provided to grasp various kinds of lamps by controlling an interval of a supporter of a grasping part grasping the lamps to be fastened or loosened according to the size and kind of the lamps. A device for replacing an electric lamp at high places includes a rod(110), and a fixing part(120), and a grasping part(130). The fixing part forms a connection bar(125) penetrating an inserting hole(125a) toward a length direction, a fixing member(123) to be inserted and fixed in an internal circumference of a top side of the inserting hole(125a), and a slide side(121) on a top side of the fixed member with a radial shape. The slide side of the fixing part includes a slide surface(132). The grasping part forms a supporter(131) stretched by an elastic energy by bending toward the top in a slide surface. And the grasping part forms a compression side(136) with a cushion to face a center in an inside of a top side of a supporter(131).
