CASE FOR CAR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

A case for a car air conditioning system is provided to block air leaking without passing an evaporator by sealing stepped grooves each corner of the evaporator, so that most of the air flowing through an internal path can be cooled while passing the evaporator. A case for car air conditioning system comprises an air conditioning case(10), an evaporator(20), a pair of reinforcement plates, and a plurality of sealing ribs(30). The evaporator is installed in an internal path(12) of the air conditioning case. The reinforcement plates are provided to support the opposite sides of the evaporator, wherein each reinforcement plate is bent outward corresponding to a heat dissipating fin of the evaporator which is projected on the opposite sides of the evaporator. The sealing ribs are disposed in the internal path to seal a stepped groove defined between the rest portions of the evaporator except for the bent portion of the reinforcement plate and the internal path.
