A mugwort tea composition made from mugwort and a mugwort tea bag using the composition are provided to maintain the specific ingredients of the mugwort by repeating the fumigating and drying process at least 9 times. A mugwort tea composition made from mugwort is prepared by selecting at least one ingredient from the group consisting of ginseng, Tricholoma matsutake, Acanthopanax senticosus, Flammulina velutipes, pine needles, Eucommia ulmoides leaves, mulberry leaves, brown rice, persimmon leaves, Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum leaves, peppermint, herb, green tea leaves, jujube, arrowroot, ginger, and licorice; pulverizing the selected ingredient into 100~200mesh size; repeatedly fumigating and drying the raw leaves of mugwort, followed by pulverizing them into 50~300mesh size; and mixing the selected ingredient powder with the mugwort powder.
