The present invention provides a method of producing a fluororubber fine powder which method does not need any freeze grinding temperature but enables grinding even at ordinary temperature, to a fluororubber fine powder which can be prepared by the method, and to a composition comprising the fluororubber fine powder as a processing aid. This invention is a method of producing a fluororubber fine powder comprising fine pulverization step of subjecting a fluororubber powder to fine pulverization treatment at a temperature of an atmosphere ranging from a temperature not lower than the glass transition temperature of a fluororubber constituting the fluororubber powder to a temperature higher by 100°C than the glass transition temperature.
