<p>The springs (3) located in the tub edge regions have a smaller height than those springs located in the middle region of the tub (5). The mangle (10) comprises a mangle roll (2) cooperating with a thin-walled tub. The roll comprises a roll body (4) with the spring system (1) mounted on it, the springs being designed to urge the clothing on top of them against the tub. The edge regions of the tub on both sides of the latter have a lower radius of curvature than the middle region.</p> |
