<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify charges forward payment of lottery winning money. <P>SOLUTION: A scanning and inputting part 240 of a client terminal 200 scans a lottery ticket and obtains lottery information for prescribing the type of the lottery ticket and a lottery number. The client terminal 200 requests a winning data managing server 100 to make a wining inquiry on the basis of the lottery information and the lottery number, and in the case of a winning lottery ticket, a printing part 230 prints winning display on the winning lottery ticket.
