A wet friction plate of a braking device is provided to convert a structure of the friction plate, as one component of the braking device applied to an industrial vehicle or construction equipment, to a structure capable of preventing boundary lubrication. A wet friction plate of a braking device comprises a core plate(10), in the center of which a splined hole(9) is formed, an annular friction member(11) that is integrally attached to opposite surfaces of the core plate, oil diffusion grooves(12) that are formed in an outer surface of the friction member and are intersected with each other in a crisscross shape, and a plurality of first oil inflow holes that is radially formed in parts of the core plate and the frictional member contacting the core plate. Each of the first oil inflow holes has a long elliptical shape, an outer half of which passes through the friction member and the core plate overlapping the friction member so as to be connected to the plurality of oil diffusion grooves, and an inner half of which passes through only the core plate. The friction member includes oil pockets connected to the oil diffusion grooves such that oil is supplied from the first oil inflow holes to the oil diffusion grooves.
