A multi-cylinder type combustor assembling apparatus and an assembling method thereof are provided to easily and accurately assemble cylinders and protect cylinders from an impact. A multi-cylinder type combustor assembling apparatus includes a base frame, a ball support unit and a guide rod, a horizontal conveying unit(2), and an assembling jig(3). The ball support unit and the guide rod are fixed onto the base frame. The horizontal conveying unit is equipped with a guide horizontally supported by the ball support unit and guided by the guide rod. The assembling jig includes one or more U-shaped vertical plates(33) vertically fixed on the horizontal conveying unit, and rollers mounted into the U-shaped recesses of the vertical plates such that the rollers are rotatable. |
