A direct roast apparatus is provided to prevent the drippings from roasting meat from dropping into stoves and to reduce generation of smoke or combusted particles by installing a dripping pan for collecting the drippings from roasting meat. A direct roast apparatus comprises a body(2), a plurality of stoves(4), a rotary shaft(10), a rotary supporter(8), a plurality of supporting holders(H), a position change unit(22), and a dripping pan(26). The body has a roasting space at the inner part. The plurality of stoves is positioned at the lower part of the roasting space. The rotary shaft stands in the roasting space to be rotated by receiving power from a motor. The rotary supporter, which is installed at a periphery of the rotary shaft, rotates coaxially with the rotary shaft. The plurality of supporting holders, which has a pocket type receiving space for fixing meat cut at a predetermined size, is detachably fitted into the rotary supporter. The position change unit changes a supporting position for the supporting holders in the roasting space horizontally or slantly. The dripping pan is mounted to the bottom surface of the roasting space to collect the drippings generated from roasting meat. |
