The complex has reflective film surfaces (3) aluminized between which two needled fibrous layers (2) e.g. silica felts, are arranged. The layers are connected to each reflective film surface by parallel thread seams (5), where the needled fibrous material of three layers has a thickness between twelve to fifteen millimeters. The needled fibrous material of two aluminized layers has a surface density between point seven to point nine kilogram per meter square.
