<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass-ceramic green sheet which has low density and good air permeability and can ensure low-temperature sinterability and realize a stacking property and the low-temperature sinterability that are essential to manufacturing of a small, high-performance glass-ceramic multilayer substrate, and a method of manufacturing the glass ceramic multilayer substrate realizing the small, high-performance glass-ceramic multilayer substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet contains at least a glass-ceramic powder containing a ceramic powder 301 and a glass powder 302 and an organic binder.
