PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade capable of preventing tips from being broken by fixing a back surface guide tips between the tips fixed at the blade form part of a base metal. SOLUTION: This rotary blade formed as a disc shape having a mounting hole at its central position and also fixed with the tips as blade tips at the outer circumferential edge is characterized by fixing back surface guide tips being thicker than the plate thickness of the base metal and without having cutting function at the back surface side of the tips. The back surface guide tips are characterized by being formed as almost the same shape with the tips as the blade but fixed at the base metal having a different form from the blade tips and without having cutting function, or also formed as the different shape than those of the tips as the blades and without having a cutting function.
