PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which excels in offset resistance at high temperature and at low temperature, has good fixability and achieves low-temperature fixability. SOLUTION: The toner includes toner base particles, wherein when a melt viscosity at a temperature T°C is represented byη(T) and a melt viscosity at a temperature (T+5)°C byη(T+5), the temperature T satisfyingη(T+5)/η(T)≥1 is present.
