PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device having a branch portion of low pressure loss and low heat loss in a refrigerating cycle where a refrigerant discharged from a compressor bypasses a four-way valve. SOLUTION: The refrigerant of high temperature/high pressure compressed by the compressor 10 bypasses the four-way valve 20, and piping changing resistance of a refrigerant passage to control the refrigerant is disposed in the direction of a bypass pipe 93A, thus the refrigerant smoothly flows only in the bypass pipe 93A without flowing to the four-way valve 20 with small pressure loss and heat loss.
