This invention is regarding to the twin Jige type portable book-rest with the characteristics to decrease the fatigue of reader and to improve the efficiency of space as holding something to read with the various sizes and kinds at the proper height and inclination under the various reading environment. Portable book-rest by this invention, while two frames of Jige shape, says, long Jige(X) and wide Jige(Y) are linked by coupling branch(Z) and bended and stretched or rotated to interlock, with the help of the 'independent common use tools '(W), has the characteristic to be able to hold something to read in several ten kinds of forms, as performing two roles standing the desk or hanging the portioning at the one side and holding something to read at the other side simul¬ taneously and provides the slim-type structure with the thickness of 8- 12mm and the width similar to B5 paper. This invention by the above purpose and composition has the effect corresponding to the eye's height of several steps resulted from the various position and attitude of reader and the various visual angle required even to 360 degrees sometimes.
