PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate for an adhesive tape and/or sheet, which provides an adhesive tape or sheet with reflectivity and/or light screening property even without forming an ink layer and with excellent tear prevention. SOLUTION: The substrate for an adhesive tape or sheet is a substrate useful for an adhesive tape or sheet in a form having an adhesive layer on at least one side of substrate and is a different color laminated substrate having a layer constitution in which film layers exhibiting different colors are adjacently laminated. A different color laminated substrate formed by adjacently laminating films exhibiting different colors by multilayer coextrusion or a different color laminated substrate formed by adjacently laminating films exhibiting different colors by adhesion through an adhesive layer or pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the different color laminated substrate.
