PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid locking structure wherein a locking state of inhibiting a lid from being opened by an external force before unsealing and a good locking state of locking the lid and an opening with each other can be kept after the locking state is unlocked to unseal for permitting opening of the lid, and a container. SOLUTION: The container 1 is equipped with the locking structure of the lid body in which a peeling part 8 for restricting the movement of the lid 3 to the opening 4 in the engaging releasing direction in order to lock the lid 3, on a locking part main body with the opening 4 on which an engaging projected part 6 engaging the lid 3 so as to be openable and closeable is provided.
