#CMT# #/CMT# The tiger nut milk liquor comprises a mixture of 10-25 percent by weight of swollen or soaked tiger nuts that are crushed, 0.01-0.9 percent by weight of cinnamon, 0.01-0.9 percent by weight of lemon peel and 40-70 percent by weight of water. The mixture is pressed and sieved, where the solid material is retained in sieves until drained.
