PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method capable of improving a communication state at high-rise parts of a building being a construction object. SOLUTION: A tower crane 20 includes a swivel base 21 located on a tower 23, and a jib 25 using the swivel base 21 for a fulcrum, and installed adjacent to the building 10. The height of the swivel base 21 of the tower crane 20 is changed. An antenna 31 connected to a base station 30 making wireless communication with mobile terminals used by workers working inside the building 10 and relaying a communication signal between each mobile terminal and an external communication apparatus outside the building 10 is installed at a height of the swivel base 21 or over.
