PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid lubricating agent that exhibits excellent lubricating oil-holding power, suppresses the exuded amount of the lubricating oil to the necessary minimum even when deformed by external force and is manufacturable inexpensively. SOLUTION: The porous solid lubricating agent is obtained by calcining a mixture comprising at least a resin and a lubricating agent, where a sintered compact of the resin is impregnated with the lubricating agent and the compounded ratio of the lubricating agent is 10-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin. The resin is a thermoplastic elastomer. The resin is a resin pellet having a side of 1 mm or less and has an aspect ratio of at least 2. The manufacturing method of the porous solid lubricating agent comprises a mixing step for mixing at least the resin with the lubricating agent to obtain the mixture and a calcining step for calcining the resultant mixture.
