PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an existing control panel resource, enable a quick update, and reduce a cost by using a high-updatability alarm control panel and an updating method for assuming a constitution having a housing of the existing control panel for accommodating an update facility set. SOLUTION: The high-updatability alarm control panel for assuming the constitution having the housing of the existing control panel for accommodating the updated facility set has an update unit and an accommodation rack 3 having a digital control board and control instruments, an attachment panel 4 for installing the accommodation rack, a terminal block unit for aggregating wiring within the accommodation rack, and an externally installed monitoring personal computer connected to a control unit through a transmission network.
