PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter supporter receiving no deterioration due to the migration of a plasticizer or an alkali of a mounting body and being capable of preventing the occurrence of the crack of the mounting body by an impulse and a fixture in the case of a mounting and being capable of ensuring quality characteristics for a prolonged term even when a decorative steel plate coating the mounted surface of a building with a polyvinyl-chloride resin material or a cement material is used. SOLUTION: The mounting body 3 is composed of a fixing section 6 on the side abutted against the mounted surface 1, a seat section 7 on the side projecting a supporter 4 to a front and a preventive layer 8 preventing the migration of the plasticizer or the alkali interposed between the fixing section 6 and the seat section 7. Consequently, the migration of the plasticizer or the alkali from the mounted surface 1 can be prevented by the preventive layer 8. The occurrence of the crack of the mounting body 3 is prevented by buffering the impulse in the case of the mounting and a stress concentration by the fixtures 10 such as a nail or a screw by using an elastic material for the preventive layer 8.
