PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device provided with an internal combustion engine in which compressed air necessary for pneumatic assist direct start, especially an automobile. SOLUTION: In the device provided with the internal combustion engine 1 having at least one of cylinders 3 of the internal combustion engine 1 connected to an pressure generating unit 17 and including a combustion chamber valve 14, the pressure generating unit 17 includes a pressure generating means 16. A compressor is operated by a motion of a door of a vehicle at first and pressure for start of the internal combustion engine 1 is generated, and an accumulator is filled with pressure gas for re-start for starting the internal combustion engine 1.
