PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a core material to a foamed body without leaving a conspicuous scar on the surface. SOLUTION: A funnel shape cone (16) with a steel ball (18) put therein is put through a spherical body (10) composed of foaming polyurethane to a prescribed position. The spherical body (10) is vertically inverted. The funnel shape cone (16) is pulled out from the spherical body (10) in a state where the steel ball (18) is left inside the spherical body (10).
