<p>This invention relates to a vacuum roaster characterized by easy temperature control, improves meat quality, prevents oxidation provides tasty cooking quality, and clean cooking environment. The vacuum roaster comprises a roaster with a drainage hole, cooking chamber, ceramic heater, heat insulation cover, temperature sensor, and vacuum gauge. The drainage hole side is declined lower, a drain tube with a drain valve is connected to the drainage hole, a drainage device with filter containing ceramic balls, an auxiliary chamber, an oil drain tube with an oil drain valve, an auxiliary part consisted of oil pan, a pumping tube, a back-flow preventive filter at the other end of the pumping tube which is connected with the auxiliary chamber, a roughing valve in the pumping tube, a bellows connected to the pumping tube, a vacuum pump connected to the bellows, and a pumping part with an exhaust tube connected to the vacuum pump.</p> |
