<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell, a solar cell string and a solar cell module which can reduce warp of the solar cell, reduce shadow loss, and improve printability in mass production. <P>SOLUTION: A bus bar electrode and a plurality of linear finger electrodes are provided on a first main surface of a semiconductor substrate. The bus bar electrode includes a strip-shaped portion having a hollow part. When a region having the hollow part in the longitudinal direction of the bus bar electrode is made to be a first non-connection, which is not connected to an interconnector, and the region except the first non-connection in the longitudinal direction of the bus bar electrode is made to be a first connection for being connected to an interconnector; the solar cell, solar cell string, and solar cell module are constituted such that the first connection and the first non-connection are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bus bar electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
