PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board for a fuse of which a manufacturing process is simple and easy and which is high in the degree of freedom of a wiring layout, and a fuse box into which it has been housed. SOLUTION: In a flexible printed board 2, a wiring pattern 12 is formed on a base film 10. A connection terminal part 16 in which a cover lay film 14 is peeled off and in which the wiring pattern 12 is exposed is formed at the end part going to an electric wire side housing 8 of the flexible printed board 2. One input wiring pattern 12a and three output wiring patterns 12b are arranged at the connection terminal part 16 respectively via gaps. The input wiring pattern 12a is branched into three via a branching point 12c, and they are respectively connected to the output wiring patterns 12b. Moreover, a fuse part 12d in which the wiring pattern 12 becomes narrow in one part is formed between the branching point 12c and the respective output wiring patterns 12b.
