<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device with which a thin type display device with an electromagnetic induction type touch panel function can be constituted and which can reduce parallax by improving precision and sensitivity of position detection. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of parallel X drive lines 8 are disposed between an X drive line selecting unit 10 having a switch circuit, and a first loop forming unit 12, and an X drive line selection unit 10 selects two X drive lines 8 to selectively form a first loop coil with the first loop forming unit 12. A plurality of parallel Y drive lines 9 are disposed between a Y drive line selecting unit 11 with a switch circuit, and a second loop forming unit 13, and a Y drive line selecting unit 11 selects two Y drive lines 9 to form a second loop coil with the second loop forming unit 13. The X drive line selecting unit 10 and Y drive line selecting unit 11 are equipped with a current detecting unit 14 which detects current variation of the loop coil and a coordinate detecting unit 15 which detects coordinates on a display surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
