PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windowpane with conductive ceramic sintered compact having improved appearance of the windowpane while securing electroconductivity of the conductive ceramic sintered compact; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A glass plate 2 with conductive paste screen-printed thereon is heat treated at 600-900°C to fire the conductive paste, thereby an antenna line 3 is formed on an in-vehicle side surface of the glass plate 2. Next, the surface of the antenna line 3 is polished with a polishing agent, and then a chemical treatment is applied on silver on the surface of the antenna line 3, namely, the treating solution is repeatedly applied to the antenna line 3 to the extent that the antenna line 3 becomes a prescribed brightness viewed from the in-vehicle surface side. By applying the treatment solution, silver at the surface of the antenna line 3 is converted into silver chloride 20, and a surface layer 30 containing much silver chloride is formed on the surface of the antenna line 3 by repeating application.
